Our Director, Antonia Argyrou, who is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, brings dedicated expertise to both corporate and personal insolvency, enabling us to provide informed guidance on restructuring, liquidation-related disputes, asset recovery and the broader commercial implications that arise in financially distressed situations. This specialisation allows us to approach insolvency disputes with a combination of legal precision and practical understanding that clients value.

Alongside our litigation work, we maintain an active arbitration practice. As an FCIArb, our director acts in commercial, corporate and construction disputes, managing cases under major institutional rules and coordinating strategies across multiple jurisdictions when required. Our experience allows us to handle arbitration matters that are technically complex, document-intensive and often intertwined with parallel Court proceedings.

Antonia Argyrou is the Founder of the Firm. Her practice focuses on high-value commercial litigation, arbitration, and multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution. She has extensive experience acting in complex, high-stakes matters involving shareholder disputes, fraud and asset tracing, winding-up petitions, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Antonia has acted in numerous major fraud and asset recovery matters involving worldwide freezing orders, disclosure orders, search orders, and other urgent injunctive measures. She is frequently instructed in cases requiring swift and decisive interim relief, both in pursuing such remedies and defending against them. Her litigation practice spans all stages of proceedings - from interlocutory applications and interim injunctions to full trials and appeals - and she regularly appears before the courts as lead counsel. She is known for her strategic clarity, courtroom presence, and her ability to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional issues with precision.
As a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Antonia also has significant experience advising on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency. She frequently acts in matters involving liquidation, provisional liquidation, restructuring, and the recovery of assets for insolvent estates. Her insolvency work complements her broader litigation and fraud practice, enabling her to provide comprehensive, commercially driven guidance in financially distressed or high-risk scenarios.
